Jerome Parham is a Benson High
School 1978 graduate. He is atten-
ing Oregon State University and is
majoring in Mechanical Engineering.
He played football his freshman and
sophomore years, enjoyed Sciences
and Math, worked part-time and
maintained a B + average.
Each winner has been awarded
$500 toward tuition, fees, books, etc.
The three sons and daughters of
the late Phil Reynolds maintain the
scholarship fund.
Governor Straub will speak at the
Royal Esquire Club, 1708 N .E.
Alberta, October 21st at 5:00 p.m.
He will discuss Measures 5, 6 and 11.
