Trans World Airlines is offering again this year the only Black oriented European tour program the "Sights, Sounds and Soul of Europe". The tours will be operated in conjunction with Elsewhere Holidays, Inc., a Black owned tour operator. The packages, ranging from 15 to 22 days, feature contacts with local residents and high light Black cultural and his torical contributions. "We’re combining the best of all possible worlds in tours that will turn you on." said Eran Blackwell, president of Else where Holidays. "This means Black art, Black theater. Black history and Black food. And. along with all this come such attractions as the Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triomphe. the Tower of London and the Changing of the Guard, the Prado Museum and much more.
