In a football uniform. Hines was an outsider. In a track uniform, he still is one of the most feared names in the sport. All this may explain why Jim Hines is wearing a permanent smile these days. Hines will be running in the new professional Inter national Track Association iITA) track meet scheduled for Friday, March 30, at 8 p.m. at the Memorial Coli seum.
