The tw o-thlrds votes to reach the required tw o-thirds m ajority. The amendment was pro posed in a report by the Board of Governors published to the membership ui the October 22nd issue of the Club’ s Bul letin. A m ajority of 10 of the G o v e rn o rs endorsed the change; 2 opposed it. rule required 322 voting in fa vor of the amendment. The volunteer counting staff fu r nished by A rthur Young A Co. counted 267 "Yes** ballots.
