The Blazers, who since De cember 27 have won 10 and lost 11, will be in action Just once tills week - on Friday night in Memorial Coliseum against the Seattle SuperSonics with their controversial new star, Spencer Haywood. The Trail Blazers now have won 21 games - six more than San Diego and five more than Phoenix In the expansion sea sons of the Rockets and Suns. Further, the Blazers’ winning percentage is .350 - best of any expansion team since Chicago joined the league alone for the 1 9 6 6 -6 7 campaign. And the Friday night test will be the first of three chances for a Portland victory. The Blazers also have three chances left against Philadel phia, two against Cincinnati (starting Tuesday night, Febru ary 16, in a doubleheader with the Harlem Globetrotters in Eu gene) and one against Los A n g e le s and San Diego. Only Phoenix has locked up a series sweep after four straight victo ries.
