ROAD CASE IS APPEALED
Camas Valley Residents Dissatis
fied With Klght-or-Way Damages.
KOSEBURO, Or.. Jan. 15. (Special.)
fc Nino residents of the Camas valley
vicinity have appealed to the circuit
court from the schedule of damages
allowed by the county court in con
fiscating land for right of. way on the
Roseburg-Coos Bay road which has
been adopted as a state project. The
court appointed a board of viewers
for this road and a storm of protest
arose over the findings of the board.
Adjustments were made, In some
cases the court agreeing to pay more
for certain sections of land than was
orleinaUy allowfrl.
