(Special.) fc Nino residents of the Camas valley vicinity have appealed to the circuit court from the schedule of damages allowed by the county court in con fiscating land for right of. way on the Roseburg-Coos Bay road which has been adopted as a state project. The court appointed a board of viewers for this road and a storm of protest arose over the findings of the board.
