Couple Will Return to Home for Children's Sake Court Gives "Third Angle" 9 0 Days. A. Trueman appeared before Police Judge Kossman yesterday and asked the court to release from a 90-day eentence the man who had entered his home and who has confessed. It is said, stealing: the love of his wife. Police arrested Charles O'Connell Sunday night, attired in his pajamas and an overcoat, as he entered the Willard hotel. They discovered he hd fled from a thrashing which Trueman endeavored to administer - when he found O'Connell in company with Mrs. Trueman, mother of their two children, in a room at 171 It West Park street. The wife and husband are reunited And declared before the court that the future of their children was para mount and they promised to maintain a home. Judge Rossman denied the plea of the husband in no uncertain terms. Not a semblance of mildness was in his voice when he declared that "it were best for you and the wife to return to your children and forget. O'Connell will not be released from Jail on any order of this court. Let " your wife put his discomfort out of her mind, no matter where the fault mny have hpfn." TOO LATE TO CLASSIFY.
