under authority of and pursuant to a
vote of the stockholders of the Astoria
Paper Company, approved and confirmed
bv the board of directors of said com
pany the following described personal
property and assets of said Astoria Pa

premises where the same Is situate or
located. In the city of Portland. Oregon,
at public sale to the highest and best
bidder for cat.ii in hand, on Wednesday,
the 3d day of December. 1919. commen

Willamette river at the foot of Virginia
street.
Group 4 One 150-H. P. Babcock A
Wilcox boiler, water tube, with all reg
ular fittings, Dutch oven setting, grates,
fronts, bar and 90 feet 40-incli stack,
stored at 24th and Nicolai streets.
Group 3 will be sold immediately after
the sale of groups 1 and 2.
Group 4 will be sold immediately after
the sate of group H.
