Wilson, sentenced tn October. 1917, to serve from on to three years in prison for non-support of his family, had been on parole since that- time be cause of his promises to reform. The authorities learned that he was vio lating terms of his parol and his case as presented yesterday bezor judge Kavanaugh by Deputy District Attor- er Dempsey. As a result the parole was revoked and he was at once taken prison at Salem by Deputy Sheriff Martin Pratt. , Wilson had deserted his family in Portland during th Winter of 191S. It was alleged that he went to Montana with a woman who posed as his wife. wss Indicted for non-support and ntered a plea of guilty October ll.i 17, He wa granted a parole because he promised to live with and support his family. Discovery that he was fined J50 in Lebanon on March 11 for living with a woman during the absence of his wife led to his return to Portland and his entrance into prison.
