Two suits arising out of former liti gation involving the defunct Oregon Trust and Savings Bank have been filed in the Circuit Court. A civil suit was entered against W. Cooper Morris and Louis J. Wilde to recover $20,000 alleged to have been commissions on the sale of Omaha bonds. A separate suit was instituted to lift the attach ment resting upon the 140.000 Wilde home at Everett and Twenty-third MreetSL Thomas C. Devlin, receiver of the Oregon Trust and Savings Bank, who died the suit against Morris and Wilde, was himself cited as defendant in the second suit, which was entered by Frances E.
