If recommendation mada yesterday by tha waya and mean committee of tha City Council and the Water Board ara adopted by the Council and ap proved by the Mayor, the entire water system of the Woodstock waterworks. In the Irauhoe and Woodatock district exclusive of the pumping plant and the springs, will be purchaaed by the city and connected with the city water mains. The decision wa reached yes terday at a Joint meeting of the Wa ter Board and tha way and mean committee and the recommendation will b presented to tha Council two weeks from today.
