In a complaint filed yesterday Patter son & Orungstad, real estate dealers, are seeking to recover 15300 from O. M. Pringl as commission on a realty deal. They allege that Pringl sold his prop erty, known as Pringl Falls, to W. H. H. Dufur. a purchaser whom they had Interested In th place, thus cutting them out of their commission. Th realty dealers assert that the de fendant gave them an exclusive con tract to sell th property, agreeing that they wer to recelv a moderate commission on tb sal price fixed, $10,000. and all they could get In ex cess of that amount- Dufur, they as sert, agreed to purchase th property for (16.000, but th owner and purchas er evaded the real estate Arm after be ing brought together and completed th deal themselvea Tha plaintiffs want th difference be tween $10,000 and (16,000 and $300 of th $10,000.
