Strawberries Arrive From Ijouislana. SEATTLE. Wash.. April 10. (SpeclaL) A straight carload of Louisiana strawberries Is due to reach Seattle tonight. This Is the first time a full carload of theee berries wes ever brought to this market. The car will be followed by another due to arrive for Saturday's trade. The berries will sell tomorrow at about 13.75 per crato of 34 baskets. Potatoes took another jump this morning. The fanciest were held at (45. This Is. with one exception, the highest price evTr asked for potatoes In Seattle. Two carload of Minnesota potatoes have arrived, but were rejected on account of poor condi tion. They were sold by the shippers at 131. Buyers advanced their prices on Muestem and forty-fold wheat today a full cent, offer ing 87 cents for the former and S5 cents for the latter. There waa no demand, how ever. The quotations are largely nominal. Coarse cereals were dull and unchanged. Kggs were In heavy supply. Most sale were made at 22 cents, although a few ae leete were held at 23 cents. The butter market was weak at 29 cents. Rasters and California offerings were heavy.
