The Initial Is sue will appear Monday, and will be known as the Dally Coast Mall. P. C. Levalr Is the proprietor, and O. W. Brisks will be city editor. Three years ago. Mr. Levalr published the Coast Mail, which was later sold to the Times Publishing Company. Marahfleld will now have two afternoon papers. Albany Invites Dairymen. ALBANY, Or.. Aufr. . (Special.) The State Dairy Association will prob ably meet in Albany next 'December.
