The Indications are for increasing cloudi ness, probably followed by showers Saturday In extreme Northwestern Oregon, extreme Eastern Oregon. The paving of Tower avenue Is etill before the City Council of this city. When the bids were called for the first time no answers were received, owing to the, only company able to furnish bitu llthic pavement not being; able to keep up with the orders. Bids will be called for again for the work to be completed within a year. The City Council thinks that this is better than letting the mat ter rest a year.
