ern Washington, and cloudiness is increas
ing in that .locality, but no rain has yet
fallen. Light rain occurred during the aft
ernoon in Northeast Washington. Southeast
Idaho and Montana, and at Bismarck, N. D.,
snow was falling at 3 P. M.
The changes in temperature since yesterday
have been unimportant
The indications are for rain Tuesday In
Washington and extreme Northern Idaho and
for increalng cloudiness followed by rain
in Northern Oregon and the north central
