WEATHER CONDITIONS. Except light thunder showers in extreme Northwestern Montana, no rain has fallen west of the Rocky Mountains during the last,' 24 hours. There has been but slight abatement in the hot weather prevailing in the Pacific Coast States. It is C degrees cooler at Bed Bluff, Cal., and 14 degrees cooler at Astoria. At Boseburg the drop in temperature only amounted to 2 degrees, while elsewhere the changes since yesterday have also been small and unimportant. The indications are that the hot wave will break in Western Oregon, Washington and Northern Idaho Friday, and that the warm weather will contlrtue in Eastern Oregon and Southern Idaho for from 24 to SO .hours longer.
