WEATHER CONDITIONS. A disturbance of moderate energy has moved In ifr-pm the ocean, and this evening Is central loff the Northwest Washington coast. It has caused light to moderately heavy ehewcrs in the Rocky Mountain and Pacific Coast States and a decided drop In temperature Jin the Pacific Northwest. Messages were sent to all display stations in this district at 9 AM. today announcing the presence of the storm, and stating that bri3k and ,possibly high south to southwest winds might be expected at sea this arternoon and tonight.
