Forecast Official. i According to reports. Count Bernard von Bu low, recently appointed Chancellor of the Ger man Empire, won his wife under peculiar cir cumstances. She was the wife of his chief. Count Doenhoff, and he met her while he was Secretary of the Prussian Embassy at Dres den Saxony. Both -were fond or music, while the husband positively disliked It.
