NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS PROPOSAL FOR
Sower Construction Sealed proposals will be
received at the City Clerk's office, Walla
Walla, Wash., until Tuesday, the 13th day of
March, 1900. at 2 o'clock P. M.. for the con
struction of a e3werag; system in the City
of Walla Walla, Washington.
The extent of the proposed system Is ap-
proximately 23 miles pf pipe sewers from 6"
to 24 Inches in diameter; also 180 manholes
and 52 fiushtanks.
Sewer pipe, Iron castings, brick, cement and
sand required for the construction of the sys
tem will be furnished the contractor by the
city.
Plans and specifications will be on file, and
may be seen at the office of G. N. Miller,
Civil and Sanitary Engineer, County Court
house. Walla Walla, Wash., after the 20th day
of February, 1900, where "form of bids" may
be obtained.
Each proposal must be accompanied by a
certified check on some established banking
house for the sum of two thousand (2000') dol
larc, payable to the City Clerk of Walla
