8:30 o'clock P. M. of the 20th day of Febru

and twenty thousand dollars of refunding
water bonds of said city (as It Is not settled
as to whether the total amount of bonds will
be $25,000 or $20,000). Authority is extended
to the paid board to issue refunding water

to be necessary the Issue will be for no more
than $20,000. And at a rate of Interest not
exceeding 4 per cent per annum, payable 20
