ery of my existence. While in this state, and having

more was induced to attempt seeking aid of a physician,
and, by recommendation, called upon Dr. CJ. Czap
kay. ( told him my circumstance, and my inability
to reward him for hi services regardless of which,
however, be nt once undertook my case, and with the
blessing of God, I was once more restored to wrrfect
health. Unable to reward him for the boon which I
enjoy at present, aud yet conscious of my indebted
ness. I consider it due to myself and to all afflicted, to
