his pctitiou showing that there is not sufficient per
sonal estate in the bauds of tho administrator to
pay tho debts outstanding agaiust the deceased
aud the expense of administration, and that it is
necessary to sell the whole ef the real estate for
the payment of such debt, tl is therefore order
ed, that all persons interested in said estate show
ecus, if any they have, on the first day of the
next regular term of this court, at the office of the
Judo of Probate in Oregon City, why an order
