The Oregon Invest- ment Board (OIB) is responsible for the administration of the Oregon Develop- ment Plan within Multnomah, Hood River and Wasco counties in Oregon and is charged with policy direction, funding criteria and funding decisions for economic develop- ment loans and grants.
