It cun grow In any soli, live under ony conditions. It defies envi ronment It conies from within. It Is the revelation of the depths of the In- 1 ner life as Hcht and heat proclaim the sno from which they radiate. Happi ness consists not of having, but of be- , Ing; not of possessing, but of enjoy- i Ing. It Is the warm glow of a heart at ' peace within Itself. A martyr at the stake may have happiness that a king j on his throne might envy. Man Is the ! creator of his own happiness. It Is the ' aroma of a life lived in harmony with high Ideals. For what a man has he J may be dependent on others; what he i is rests with him alone. What be ob- tains in life Is but acquisition; what he attains is growth.
