Five big express companies having

save millions of dollars to the ship

Six other companies have agreed to
join In the plan, and It Is expected
that whatever small companion have
so far held hack will lie forced noon
to come to terms.
It Is now customary for each com
pany to charge full rates on pack
ages which are carried by tuore than
