On the petition riled in this Court the 24th day of February, 1 9 10, of Roeie Margaret Benson, claiming to be the sole surviving child and sole heir snd next of kin of Peter Kopke, deceased, pravmg that the decision of this Court heretofore made, admitting to probate a paper writing pro pounded by William Khrck. as the last will of the sa.d Peter Kopke. deceased, le again examined, and that the matter thereof be again heard by this Court. Anna Grimm, a widow, sinter of said Peter Kopke. decea.-ed. sole devisee under said will, whe resides in Neu Klot er. Hanover, in the Empire of Germany, and to all persons interested in aid estate, to appear in this Court on or before Monday the 4th day ot July. A.
