Wyeth was found dead with his head

O'Day had lieen drinking heavily
since Christmas and late Monday

track toward Wyeth. Later hi

stated that he had been drinking.

A verdict of death by being struck
by a locomotive while trespassing
on the railroad track was rendered.
The railroad company was exoner
ated. Owing to the fact that the dead
man had no money and It I not
known to have any relatives who
could be communicated with the
body was burled by the county.

Mrs. Wallace Moody had an acci
dent In the way of a runaway last
Thursday. As she found the horse
could not be controlled, she threw
her baby out In the snow and then
Jumped and landed safely. The baby
was unhurt, but the sleigh was con
siderably damaged.

E. Bartmess Dec. 13th In accord with
a call by President E. H. Hartwlg,
for the purpose of electing officers
to fill vacancies In the directorship

den, vice president, was In the chair.
C. H. Vaughan was elected director
to serve In place of Mr. Chapman,
and J. L. Henderson to serve In place
of B. F. Shoemaker. Harold Hersh
ner was elected secretary In place of
Mr. Coe. City Marshal Lewi was
elected an honorary member of the
society. Mm. Bartmess and Mr.
Vaughan were appointed a publicity

In the name of the Stat of Oregon, you ar here
by required to appear and answer the complaint
filed against you in the above entitled suit on or
before th expiration of six weeks from the dat
of the first publication of this summons, aa herein
after stated, and if you fail to so answer for want
thereof the plaintiff will apply to the Court:
First. For judgment against the defendant,
George B. Dartt. for the sum of four hundred ten

the rate of six per cent per annum from the 28th
day of July. 1909. for the sum of two hundred

his costs and disbursements made and expended
