They’re not far enough apart to be too different.” The two school dis- tricts are still hiring proj- ect managers and architects to ﬁ nish design work before going out for bids from gen- eral contractors. Rose rec- Astoria and Warrenton will sell bonds next month. Hoppes and Jeffery are also hopeful a strong municipal bond market will mean they get more from a sale than voters approved, providing more wiggle room.
