Commodore Bruce Faling will teach attendees how to establish a boat’s position by taking a noon site with a sextant. Faling is a retired Navy officer and graduate of Clat- sop Communiy College’s Maritime Science program and a Coast Guard-licensed captain with sailing endorse- ment.
