Ticket-bearers will enter a magical menagerie of art and macabre entertainment, all while surrounded by the boldest collection of rare stouts ever assembled. The festival takes place noon to 10 p.m. Satur- day, Feb. 16, on the Fort George Block, 1483 Duane St. You’ll be entranced by craftspeople who work with ice, glass, ink and iron.
