River Song Foundation OVERVIEW River Song Foundation offers a wide array of assistance for animal caretakers and others concerned with animal welfare. We work closely with low income, elderly, homeless and the disabled to provide care for pets, by providing pet food, vet care, and other items as necessary. We help people find low cost spay and neuter. We help people find the resources they need to be able to keep their animals and provide quality care for them, and mostly to understand why it is so important. We offer information on compassionate consuming, and help people get help for abused or neglected animals they come across. We have a TNR program, which has significantly reduced homeless cat populations in many areas in our county. We work with a network of rescues and shelters to place both feral cats and pets that otherwise would have no options. We rescue hundreds of animals each year that fall through the cracks, such as cats, rabbits, goats, pigs birds, and ferrets. We speak, work, and act on behalf of animals. River Song Foundation P.O.
