PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The PSH Foundation supports dozens
of programs including access to primary
care; oral health and medication for the
uninsured; diabetes education; support
for patients receiving cancer treatment;
program to provide transportation to
medical appointments, especially
specialty care in Portland; palliative care;
and a comprehensive program of care
management for the elderly to help
them remain independent longer.

• Comfort Care Bags for Patients Undergoing Infusion

• ElderPlace North Coast (PACE Program)

Because of today's difficult economy, more families in Clatsop County are in
need of our help, which means that we are more in need of your help. Your gift
will help provide medical and dental services, medical transportation and
outpatient medicines or supplies to our neighbors in need. Your donation,
regardless of size, will make a difference in the lives of those cared for by
Providence Seaside Hospital.
Financial donations are accepted via cash, check or credit card. Online
donations may be made at www.providencefoundations.org In-kind auction
and event donation are also sincerely appreciated.
VOLUNTEER
Foundation volunteers help with
events, clerical work and special
projects. Hospital volunteer positions
are also available.
