Providence Seaside Hospital Foundation PROGRAM OVERVIEW The PSH Foundation supports dozens of programs including access to primary care; oral health and medication for the uninsured; diabetes education; support for patients receiving cancer treatment; program to provide transportation to medical appointments, especially specialty care in Portland; palliative care; and a comprehensive program of care management for the elderly to help them remain independent longer.
