ASTORIA REGATTA 2018 REGATTA DIGNITARIES icolle Landwehr is an independent financial planner who has lived in Astoria most of her life. She is involved in many community activities throughout Clatsop County, such as serving as president of the Seaside Rotary Club in 2006-2007, a member of both the Seaside and Astoria-Warrenton Chamber of Commerce, and previous board and committee roles with the South County Community food pantry, Pacifica Projects, the Lunch Buddy Program and CMH. eather Seppa is a lifelong resident of the Astoria area. She is currently a senior vice president and regional manager at Columbia Bank. Previously, she was the president of the Bank of Astoria from 2009 to 2013. She is very involved in the community, and has served as president of the Astoria-Warrenton Area Chamber of Commerce. N H Seppa has also been involved with the United Way, the Regional Workforce Development Board and has served the Astoria Senior Center as a trustee and is on the CMH Foundation Board. She is also a member of the Astoria Rotary Club, and was on the Regatta wardrobe committee from 2014 to 2016. She currently serves as president of the CMH Board, is a Riedel Trust board member and a Rolf and Alice Klep Educational Trust advisory trustee. 2018 ASTORIA REGATTA ADMIRAL HEATHER SEPPA Seppa has been a Regatta princess mentor for two years, which has been by far the most rewarding Regatta experience she’s ever had. Heather said she gets as much out of the mentorship as the princesses do. Her favorite Regatta event is the Grand Land Parade. In her free time, Seppa enjoys walking and spending time at the beach. She obtained her certified financial planning designation in 2002, and is active in the Oregon chapter of the Financial Planning Association. 2018 ASTORIA REGATTA Landwehr was inducted to the Astoria High School Athletic Hall of Fame for honors in basketball, softball and volleyball. She loves to travel with her husband, Monte, and takes great pride in spending time with her family, friends and her chocolate lab, Millie.
