Dylan Junes pitched five innings of no-hit ball, with four strikeouts and one walk. Adam Feldman and Dylan Rush both pitched in relief, with Rush giving up the lone Clats- kanie hit. Astoria Ford scored two runs in the first inning, and added a run in the fourth and two in the fifth. Will Reed and Balan Kolee each had two hits and a double to lead the Fishermen, while Ebin Hillard also had two hits. “Our pitching and defense were both great, for having been off for so long,” said Astoria Ford coach Glen Fromwiller, whose team — with many of the same players — had not played since May 23. The Fishermen are scheduled to play a doubleheader Thursday at Warrenton. The Warriors’ game Tuesday at Knappa was postponed. The Seattle Mariners have been doing just fine the past two games going toe-to-toe with the Los Angeles Angels slugger. Mitch Haniger and Ryon Healy each homered twice as the first- place Mariners shook off two homers by Trout for the second consecutive night, beating the Angels 6-3 on Tuesday. Trout took sole possession of the major league lead with 23 home runs. He also hit a pair in the Angels’ 5-3 loss Monday and has 20 career homers at Safeco Field, most in any visiting ballpark. Thomas released a statement on Twitter on Sunday announcing his intention to skip the minicamp and all team-related activities until his contract situation is resolved. “Kind of had heard that he was making that choice,” head coach Pete Carroll said. “I wish he was here. That would be nice. But we’re focusing on the guys that are here and we’ll see how that goes.” Thomas is entering the final year of a four-year extension signed prior to the 2014 season. He is scheduled to make $8.5 mil- lion in base salary in 2018. — Associated Press
