The ship is located on the Clat- sop Community College Marine and Environmental research and Training Sta- tion (MERTS) campus, 6550 Liberty Lane, which is east of Astoria, off U.S. Highway 30. Salvage Chief caps, T-shirts, books and hoodies are available. The Salvage Chief (LSM 380) Foundation is a nonprofit organization funded by donations.
