PROGRAM OVERVIEW
OWL – Overnight Winter Lodging
Peninsula Poverty Response is excited to announce that following the success of our 2016 season, OWL
(Overnight Winter Lodging) will be open 7 nights a week this year! Thanks to all of our volunteers and the
community for making this a possibility. We would like to thank Pacific County and CCAP (Coastal Community
Action Program) for partnering with us to make this possible. OWL will be open November-mid-March, every
day. Check-in is from 7:30 to 8:30pm, please join us for a warm, dry place to sleep.
Project Homeless Connect
PHC connects individuals struggling with homelessness with much needed services, such as medical, dental,
and eye exams; housing; veteran services; ID replacement; veterinary; hair cuts; a warm meal; and more.
If you are struggling with unstable or sub-standard housing, please join us!
One day. One place. One purpose. Connecting those experiencing homelessness with support services.
FUNDRAISING EVENTS:
Cape D Triathlon
The Cape D. Sprint Triathlon was established in 2012 by
Ilwaco Parks and Recreation to bring healthy, adventurous
events to Ilwaco, WA. Now sponsored by Peninsula Poverty
Response, this event shines a light on individuals living in
poverty. Peninsula Poverty Response puts on local events
advocating for those in need, such as Project Homeless
Connect and Overnight Winter Lodging. A great cause to
