councilors and five residents.
Terms last for three years.
The committee gener-

of March, April and May.

Nov. 27, 2017, at Providence Hos-
pital in Portland, Oregon. She was
born Dec. 29, 1954, in Hot Springs,
Montana.
She was preceded in death by her
parents, Harold and Nellie Murry,
and a son-in-law, Forrest Mitchell.
She is survived by her husband,
