She allegedly was having an argument with her boyfriend before the assault. Harassment • At 9:54 a.m. Tuesday, Cindy Jane Hall, 48, of Hammond, was arrested by the Warrenton Police Department on the 100 block of Tyee Street for harassment and disorderly conduct.
