That suggests there’s been some change in the pack dynamics, he said. Morgan had said earlier Thursday that the Department of Fish and Wildlife would shoot the wolves from the air or the ground, and intended to carry out the order imme- diately. He said the agency was following guidelines of the state’s wolf management plan, which is up for review this year. Andrew Kercher of Scappoose was the offi- cial medalist for the varsity match, as he fired an 86 (44- 42), followed by teammate Nathan Mapes (41-47—88). Arthur Clark had the top score for the Astoria var- sity (47-57—104), followed by Kirk Fausett (108), Ron Schumacher (113), Andy Justo (119) and Kyle Meis- ner (124). The top scores of the day were turned in by two junior varsity players from each school, as William Bliss of Scappoose shot an 84, while freshman Taylor Palmberg fired a 102 for the Fishermen.
