Skills Trainers services include supporting, coaching, and training the youth in age-appropriate behaviors, interpersonal communication, problem-solving, emotion regulation and conflict resolution. Community-Based Parent Skills Trainers needed to work with parents of youth participating in Wraparound services. Services are provided to parents in the home and in other community settings such as grocery stores. Parent Skills Trainers offer guidance, support and coaching.
