Bethany Free Lutheran Bethany Free Lutheran Church, 451 34th St., is hosting its annual Fall Festival Sunday. The festival is led by the Women’s Missionary Federation of Bethany. The program begins at 4 p.m. with hymn sing- ing, and there will be sharing about places mentioned in the hymns that were recently visited by some members of the congre- gation who went on a trip to Israel. Grace Episcopal The opening reception for the new art show hanging in the Parish Hall of Grace Episcopal Church, which features multi-media sculptures created by Terrie Remington, is being held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday at 1545 Franklin Ave. The exhibit will hang until Dec. 9. Remington’s works are a combination of clay with natu- ral fibers and raw line, marbleized for du- rability, then painted with acrylics and oils. The monthly Second Sunday Soup-Sup- per meal will be served at 4 p.m. Sunday in the Parish Hall, free of charge. Those will- ing to help should come at 3 p.m. to set up or 5 p.m. to help clean up. Grace Church offers a Taizé Prayer & Song service at 7 p.m. Wednesday. The service consists of simple repeated chants, periods of silence, prayers individual and communal, and the lighting of candles. Grace conducts this evening prayer service on the second Wednesday of each month. All are welcome. The annual Grace Holiday Bazaar is being held from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Nov. 13 and 14. This event features original art by local artists, as well as fabric creations, plants, baked goods, cookbooks and hol- iday gifts and treasures. Food and cash donations collect- ed during Harvest Haul go directly to the Ilwaco and Ocean Park food banks. Bins, donated by Dennis Company in Long Beach, Peace Lutheran Peace Lutheran Church is sponsoring worship services at 2 p.m. Sunday at Clat- sop Care Center, 646 16th St., and at 3 p.m. at Clatsop Retirement Village, 947 Olney Ave. For information, call 503-325-3871.
