The brewery is located at 1483 Duane St. There is no cover, and all ages are welcome. Rainbow Girls write and perform original material with roots in folk, Americana, gyp- sy, funk, soul and rock ‘n’ roll. In addition to their soaring harmonies, these ladies switch back and forth among a multi- tude of instruments including, but not limited to: acoustic and electric guitar, accordion, harmonica, banjolele, bass, keys, ukelele, kazoo, djembe drum, and drum kit. Born in an underground open mic night, Rainbow Girls began as an acoustic act, busking around the farm- ers markets of Santa Barba- ra, California, before hitting the streets of Europe for a VXPPHU RI FRXFK VXU¿QJ busking and traveling by the skin of their teeth. Since their return, these band members have evolved into an electric stomp-folk band complete with drums, bass and a slew of original music. Submitted photo The Rainbow Girls’ second album, “Percep- tronium,” was released this June. and took it to Europe, the U.K., and the western half of the U.S. Since the end of their 2014 tour dates, band members have been holed up in their new home north of San Francisco, California, recording their newest album, “Perceptronium,” which was released this June.
