Over the next three weeks, the ODOT pav- ing crew will proceed west on Clatsop County Public works is closing Old High- way 30 in Knappa to heavy hauling, and limited to local access, from Monday through May 22, from Waterhouse Road West to U.S. Highway 30. The east end of Hillcrest Loop at Knappa is closed from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Tues- day. Motorists are advised to detour from U.S. Highway 30 to Koppisch Road. Perkins Road is closed, and limited to local access, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Wednesday for road recon- struction from U.S. Highway 30 to Dolphin Road. Driv- ers may reroute to Dolphin Road. For information, contact Clatsop County Public Works at 503-325-8631. U.S. Highway 30 repairing damaged pavement as small as potholes, and as long as 500-foot segments of high- way lanes. On Monday, Astoria Pub- lic Works Operations is clos- ing West Lexington Avenue between West Grand and So- nora avenues during machine mowing. The street closure is expected between 8:30 a.m. and 2 p.m., or until work is completed. All schedules are subject to change due to weather conditions.
