Judges and commissioners of Oregon
refused today to go on record as eith
er favoring or disapproving the Issue
of IIO.OOO.OOO In bonds for good rads
in Oregon, or as favoring the creation
of a State Highway Commissioner, at
a salary of $5,000 a year, and an assis
tant commissioner at $2,500 a year.
The Judges and commissioners of
