DM I DIES IN LANE COUNTY lien Eliy, a brother of O. D. Eby, an Oregon City attorney, died Monday night at hi home in Goshen, Lane county, after an lllnesu of several years. His death was primarily din to an attack of Inflammatory rheuma tism, that had affected his heart. He was aged 40 years and is survided by a widow. O. U. Eby left Monday after noon for Cotatue Grove to see his fa ther, who is seriously ill there, and his brother died at Goshen after his ar rival.
