The county court has taken under consideration ttie proposition of Hurry Worswtek, formerly of the Standard Paving company and ex-clty engineer of Victoria, H. He wants the county to buy a pav ing plant, which he says he Is in posi tion to secure for JS00, and asks for an additional $500 with which to in stall tt.
