UPPER GARFIELD, March 30. (Special.) This district has certainly had March weather with a vengeance during the past ten days, having been visited with rain, snow and hail storms and occasionally a little sunshine. School Supervisor Vedder while vis iting the various schools in this dis trict made bis headquarters at Log LaBarre. . The Lemon-Davis mill has been run ning fu'.l force for the past ten days and will probably continue doing so for some time.
